Which package is right for me?
All packages are designed to support your current needs, whether you’re working through hormone issues, gut imbalances, fatigue, or emotional stress. Each package starts with a comprehensive naturopathic consultation, and from there, support is tailored to address root cause and your goals. I take a whole body approach, so even if you’re dealing with multiple issues, I’ll address them holistically in manageable steps. A free discovery call is the perfect way to figure out what which package would work best for you.
How do I book?
Start with a free discovery call by clicking the button below. Once we have had our call, if you’re ready to book, I will send you a link via email. After booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with forms and info to prepare for your first consultation. Booking links are found against each service option.
Why should I book a Discovery Call?
Booking a free 15 minute Discovery Call allows you to ask questions about how I work, explore which service or package is right for you, and decide if I’m the right practitioner to support your needs. It also helps ensure that this is the right time for you to begin nutritional therapy and that my approach aligns with your goals. The call is a no pressure, friendly space to get clarity and make an informed decision before committing to a consultation.
How do payments work?
You can pay securely online by debit or credit card. Most packages also offer the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments via PayPal to make payment easier.
What is a Naturopathic Initial Consultation?
The Initial Consultation is your starting point for personalised nutrition support. It’s a 1:1 session where we explore your full health history; physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors, to uncover underlying causes of your symptoms. We also assess how your body is handling stress, how well you’re absorbing nutrients, and how effectively you’re detoxifying. The consultation lays the groundwork for creating a clear, realistic plan to help you feel more balanced, energised, and in tune with your body.
You will have completed a questionnaire and 7 day diet plan in advance of this session.
What if I’m struggling with multiple symptoms?
That’s very common and completely okay. Nutritional therapy supports multiple systems at once, because many symptoms, like fatigue, bloating, or mood swings, are interconnected. We’ll look at the whole picture, identify root causes, and take a step by step approach so you can be mindful of improvements without feeling overwhelmed.
How do I know which package is right for me?
During your initial consultation, we’ll take time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and the level of support that feels right for you. From there, I’ll guide you through the options so you can choose what suits you best, there’s no pressure to commit to anything more than you’re comfortable with.
If you’d prefer a more flexible approach, a pay-as-you-go option is also available. And if you do choose a package, you can always book additional follow-up sessions afterwards.
How does nutritional therapy help me gain momentum and stay consistent?

Are there any discounts available?
I’ve designed my packages to be as cost effective as possible, reflecting the time, care, and ongoing support included, so I don’t currently offer discounts.
However, I do want this to feel accessible, so you’re welcome to use PayPal Pay in 3 to spread the cost. Alternatively, you can choose a pay-as-you-go option if you’d prefer a more flexible approach.
Do I have to do testing?
No, testing is optional. Some clients benefit from functional testing (hormone, gut, intolerance panels), but others progress well without it. Testing will only be recommended if it adds clear value. We may also use Kinesiology, Muscle Response Testing, as a gentle, non invasive tool to identify sensitivities or imbalances in the body.
What if I need extra support?
If you feel like you need more time, a gentler pace, or deeper guidance, support can be adapted to suit your needs. The 6 month package is a great option for those who want more space, layered coaching, and ongoing personalised care to really work through things step by step
I have an autoimmune condition – can you help?
Yes, I work with clients managing autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, coeliac disease, ulcerative colitis, and others. Nutritional therapy can support immune function, reduce inflammation, ease flare ups, and improve gut, energy, and emotional balance.
While gut health often plays a key role, we may begin by focusing on energy support, hormonal balance, or nervous system regulation so the Energy & Hormone Balance Package often provides a good holistic framework to start. A Discovery Call can help us find the best fit and determine if longer term support is needed.
