The Kitchen Table workshops are small, friendly group sessions designed to cut through the noise of nutrition advice and bring things back to simple, practical nourishment.

Workshops run seasonally in small groups.

There’s no judgment, no strict rules and no complicated plans. Just clear guidance that fits real life.

Topics vary but often include:

Breakfast Club at Manor Walk Wellness

A space to nourish your body and connect with community in Market Harborough

As a nutritional therapist, one of the things I love most is connecting with people who want to feel better through food and simple lifestyle changes. That’s why I’ve created Breakfast Club, a relaxed gathering held at Manor Walk Wellness on pop up dates.

Breakfast Club offers a calm and welcoming space to enjoy a delicious, nourishing breakfast and a warm drink, while gaining practical nutrition tips and taking part in friendly, down to earth conversations about health and wellbeing.

The Breakfast club has themed sessions

Each session is informal, supportive, and designed to help you cut through the noise and focus on what truly supports you.

Sessions are themed but flexible, so you’re welcome to join the ones that inspire you most. Whether you’re curious about gut health, looking for more energy, or simply want small, sustainable ways to feel better day to day, you’ll find encouragement, clarity, and connection here.
